K—DA partnered with a real estate developer to modernize the twenty-foot wide, five-story townhouse while retaining its historic facade. The end result was an exceptionally refined residence with a timeless but contemporary style, with optimized market value.

This apartment presented a unique challenge due to its rigid layout. However, we envisioned an open, contemporary space that would maximize the breathtaking views of Downtown Manhattan, the United Nations Headquarters, the East River, and Brooklyn.
